If it's an ES, it will swap if you have all the wiring harness, ECU, etc.
If it's a Rancher AT with the automatic or ES, then the motor mounts etc will all be different.
Honestly, even if it's an ES, I would redo the top end on yours. You don't know what you're getting with a used motor, and a footshift is much better than an ES machine.
