I have a Honda TRX 250 X 1992 it's bogging out At half throttle I have a DG exhaust and 128 main jet not sure what type slow jet I have replaced the carburetor and still no luck it continues to do the same thing I would think it's a carb issue but not sure if it might be something electrical any thoughts on this ????

Could be a severely fouled spark plug. Or a bad coil or cdi. Does it idle and start up perfectly fine? Welcome to the forums!

May have run it too long with choke on? Did you replace with OEM carb? If not rebuild and replace the OEM carb. It stumbles when you rev right? Fouled plug

Yea everything with the carb is in spec OEM starts up idles fine just when I'm about 1/2 throttle bogs down real hard I can get about 15mph out of it �� I checked the spark plug with the old screwdriver to the boot trick and I was getting spark I'm stumped have to check coil does anyone know the specs for coil and stator on multimeter any other thoughts I don't have a service manual and thanks for responding guys any advice is greatly appreciated ���� @Goober @SlammedRanger

I've moved the needle up and down on the carb to find no improvement ?:sad

Look for a blockage in the intake or exhaust. I had an old Yamaha 200 wheeler years ago. Mud dobbers clogged the intake snorkel. It sure woke it up!

Agreed^^ Seen that before. Also make sure that your air filter is clean. Hold it up to a light and if you can see light through it. Also maybe try running with no air filter to see if you need a higher air flow filter. Could be something as simple as that.

Only one other thing i can think of would be the choke. There isnt any chance the choke is on and you think its off? I dont know the resistances of your coil. But i would suggest downloading a fsm. That will give you all the coil trouble shooting info. Sorry for the delay on replying. Hope this helps!
