When I bought my 1986 TRX250 Fourtrax the fenders were basically non existent. There is only one that does any good and chasing the cows around really sucks, throws cow pies all over you. Anyway, one of the bikes we bought a while back had some round trailer fenders welded onto it using some other homemade mounts. They look really out of place and makes the bike a bear to work on as they are not removable. This did inspire me to design my own fenders though. I do not have a picture of them as they are not built and they are on my work computer. I tried to get the angles as close as possible to the stock as I could, but obviously they will not be perfect. Once I get these cut and bent I will do my best to attach brackets to them that will be bolted to the frame somewhere so they will be removable.

Has anyone ever done this before? If so please post up some pics. I attached pics of my fenders in their current condition. Monday I will try to remember to grab some pics from my design at work.

$700 is just a little steep. I got quotes for my current design of $200. They won't be very forgiving, but way cheaper than new plastic. I will also need to weld up the brackets. All of which I am fine doing. This bike will be far from being a looker, I just need the protection of the fenders.

$700 and you will still need a lot of pieces which you can't get ----take a look at these pics , 86 TRX250A with a 99 TWX300 fender , tank and seat sitting on it ,I have the rear fender on it also but no pic , the rear would have to be cut around the battery box for it to fit , I think I could make it work
