New to the site and im sure this question has probably been asked on here 100's of times.......I have a 2009 Foreman 500. Im Wondering if any aftermarket companies make a high compression piston to fit the stock cylinder bore. Considered a big bore kit but I'd rather go with just a HC piston if I can find one. Thanks in advance for the help.

Nothing out there that I'm aware of, and I don't even know if the 506.5cc kit is still produced or not, I think it was a 10.25:1 compression piston though? It was a JE piston, 95mm I would say if they made that they could do a custom one down to 92mm (STD) but you may have to buy a couple of them.

That's what I thought. I'll probably just stick to my original plan of throwing a cam in it and a hmf pipe. Was considering shaving 30 thou off the head but I don't think it's worth it really.

Probably not, big bore and high comp would likely be worth it though.
