Have you cleaned the shift motor at all?

Easiest option would be to convert from ES to manual shift, be rid of the issue forever

welcome to the site and have a read here
make sure your battery is GOOD and strong, or you will have E shift issues too!
have it load tested and NOT just a voltage meter reading too!
