While changing oil on my Rancher 420 I found this plastic hose covered with a rubber hose. I have no idea where it goes. Found it on left side in front of engine laying on the frame.

Does the end of it look like it has broken off? As is that looks to short to be the vent line.

I believe you are correct !. I knew it had something to do with the fuel tank area !..lol.
