Yeah, that's my exact thoughts, too. If you're not there looking at it, it's hard to give any advice on these types of problems.

I have a 06 rancher 350. Im rebuilding the bottom end and im unable to get the 2 cases back together. for some reason they bind up the cranckshaft and tranmission when bolted together. then i will not spin. i have taken it apart and back together again 7 times and cant figure it out. someone please help! Thanks

Yeah, I know. To be honest, that's why I haven't replied to this thread. I just didn't know what to say because it could be anything. No way of knowing unless you're there looking at it.yeah..i hate to sound like that helmut..but..there isn't alot i can do without putting my hands or eyes on it..seeing how the cases aren't going together..anything could be binding..stopping it from going together.Yeah, that's my exact thoughts, too.
