Could be frozen up with rust.Get some pb blaster from auto zone and keep spraying it around the edge of the brake spindle.Good luck.

Hey guys im kinda new to this site and i was wondering if you guys can help me with something. I have a 2003 honda250ex and i bought it used but when i got it home i found out that the foot break did not move at all. If any one can help me find out why this is and how to fix it it would be much help.:sad:

Maybe the master cylinder is seized up.
