If I took a guess I'd be wrong, so my approach would be to pull DTC codes 1st. If none are stored I would check the sensors (IACV, IAT, TP/MAP, ECT) voltages. Then check fuel flow volume and fuel pressure. Then verify the fuel injector works and produces a uniform spray pattern. Then remove the throttle body and clean it internally (they get nasty behind the throttle plate), real good. Then put the throttle body back on and initialize the TP/MAP.
You'll need a copy of the
service manual to use for reference. The fuel pump assembly must be OEM Honda as well, china knockoffs don't work. Let us know how it goes... and welcome to the forums!
