Well my friend what you got there is an early 80s Honda ATC70 three-wheeler. Back then there wasn't much for options in the 4 wheeler world so There was an aftermarket monsterous bolt on that converted a threewheeler into a 4 wheeler. Yours was fortunate enough to have a front fender.
