I am new to the forum, but have been lurking here for answers for a while.

I have a 1986 TRX350 for years. It runs fine until recently. It won't start. After checks from ignition to fuel supply, I found out it was the fuel cut relay that at the start it has only about 5.0 volts to the fuel pump instead of 12 volts from the battery. Apparently the pump does not pump any fuel to the carburetor at this low voltage but making some noise. According to the repair manual, the fuel cut replay is bad. I have tried two new relays and put in a new fuel pump, but it still shows the same low voltage at the start. I am thinking now it is not the replay, but what is the problem? I don't have a clue.

Help please. :icon_ poke:

I wonder if those have some kind of fuel pump control unit, other than the relay? Shadetree just finished restoring one of those Foreman 350's. When he gets back on here, he will probably be able to help you.
