Are the tires original spec size? If tires are larger in diameter than original spec, torque load on the clutch increases, and may slip. If you have larger tires, the best plan is to go back to original tires and wheels.

Also, I assume the dealer changed the oil and therefore used the correct oil, which is spec MA. The MA spec does not allow friction modifiers which would cause a clutch to slip.

its possible they didn't torque the pressure plate bolts down and they backed off causing it to slip. ive seen that before.

either way suspecting doesn't do any good here, just tear it down.
