Help 2011 Honda 420 problem

I have a honda 2011 420 that never had any issues until now. It starts fine an idles fine even when I give it gas. But when I put in in drive to go forward it won't run. It keeps studdering out and wants to kill when I give it gas. But if I put it in reverse it runs perfectly fine with no issues. Can someone please try and help me possible issues?

Its 2011 TRX 420 IRS no power steering. Changed the bank angle sensor, the CDI, speed sensor, new spark plug and spark plug wire, new fuel filter, new air filter, and drained and changed the gas and oil

yes it is auto trans. It did this before i changed all these parts and still continued to after. yes bike is used in water and mud
