I have a 350x honda that I borrowed out and ended up being ran with pretty much no oil. I'm told that it made some grinding sounds then seized up. After I got it back I put oil in it and was able to get it too start but it smokes really bad and has a some knocking sounds. Can this be fixed, and how? What would be worse case scenario?

Will need disassembled to be sure. Worst case you will need a new head, camshaft and crank.
