After seeing Redracers video i could not stand it any more, ordered me a gopro wide angle 5 mp helmet cam can't wait to try it out after i get it.

Hey 69, The first time you use it, get rid of the crappy batteries they supply and buy some good Energizer Digital camera batteries for it. Also, take your lap top with you to the track. It takes a bit to adjust the camera to the right angle. We look down a lot more than you would think when we ride.

The camera itself is in a plastic, sealed case. I mean if you take a head first digger with it... it's done. But as far as splashes, and sand hitting it and stuff..nothing to worry about.
