Welcome to the forums, did you replace all the parts you named with oem honda parts, or did you use stuff from ebay that said it fits your model quad?

I've got an 06 trx250ex for the wife and I've replaced stator coil cdi rectifier and starter solenoid and it still has no spark. Turns over great just no spark
Hang in there buddy, there are folks on this forum with their own individual specialties, we have some great guys knowledgeable in all fields and I know the sports quad guys will be along soon and give you some pointers.
@SlammedRanger and @XplicitRacing6 are two that spring to mind.

If all of those parts are oem honda parts the last thing i would check is the kill switch. Electrical problems can be extremely frustrating. Hang in there. Grab a test light and start following power. Download the service manual and use the wiring diagram as a guide. I always start at the point of problem. So that being the spark plug boot. From there check for power to the coil. Then follow that to the next thing inline. Also check all your grounds. Clean all the paint from the surface of the ground. I would also suggest pulling all the plugs as you go down the line and put di-electric grease in all of them. My .02

Try unhooking the main electrical connector coming out of the engine. This disables the kill switch.

Are you sure that you aren't just getting a really weak spark? It should be a blue color, not a yellow. Try a new NGK spark plug and set the gap too 0.030 (you can get a gap tool at autozone)

Also double check your grounds

I've tested all the parts and they are good. And I'm not getting any spark at all. And I'm dumb as hell when it comes to wiring diagrams
What do you mean by you tested all the parts......

Like Slammed said. Are all the parts OEM??

If your not able to read a wiring diagram then your only option is to change parts blindly. Which is never what i suggest doing. It would be hard to believe the coil wires should all be grounded. The trigger wire (smaller wire) should be power to the coil. If its grounded your powering ground. Or the kill switch is bad and making it ground out somehow. No one has put a teather switch like whats used for racing anywhere on it have they? Some of the cheaper ones do exactly what your saying is happening. They ground the coil trigger wire to kill spark when you go flying off the quad. Not all are that way though.

I checked the coil wires with a test light on power set up and got nothing. Then switched to test for ground and they both lit up the test light. And as far as the tether switch ? I haven't noticed one anywhere. I checked the stator by ohms. And I found a video on how to check the rectifier and it checked ok per the video. I know it's good cause it come off a running bike I have that has the same one.
