Hello,

My name is Coen and i am new here, i searched for months for a new piston for my Honda ATC 125cc and already ordere one but received the wrong one (to high) but cannot find the right one anywhere.
Really hope that somebody here can help me.
I am looking for a piston 54,5mm for my Honda ATC 125cc from 1987.

I am from the Netherlands but shipping is no problem.

hope to get any reaction and stay in touch here!

Hey, welcome to the forum.

Try searching on eBayUK for a piston, you can also search for trx125, they share the same engine.
As @retro has already said, you need to be sure that 54.5 is the stock (original) size piston. It may have been bored out at some point in its life and would therefore be oversized.

Does Wiseco no longer offer a piston kit for that? The 125 trike motor was redesigned and went from a horizontal to vertical cylinder in 86-87. I am assuming they didn't keep using the same piston so I would think 84-85 pistons won't work for you.

Slightly bigger than you want but personally in an old machine I'd have the bore sleeved or machined to suit. Your choice obviously, the link above is a fair price too :)

Edit: After a little research it appears your piston is 2nd oversized, .75 3rd and 1 would be 4th so your not at the end of the liner/sleeves life just yet.
