Welcome to the forums. It seems like I read some were about that but cant remember were I saw it at. I dont think it went too well or could be done something like that you may have to change the engine and the swing. If there is a way to convert the out put shaft to a way to install a sprocket.

Welcome to the forums. I've never heard of that being done. I guess anything's possible, but that would take a lot of work to do. As far as I know, there's not any parts from another chain driven ATV that would bolt on, so you would have to fabricate most of the parts. You would probably have to use the whole swing arm and rear end from a chain driven ATV and I doubt it would even come close to bolting up, so it would take a lot of fabrication. It would probably be hard to convert the output shaft to accept a sprocket, too, unless you welded it on and then you would have the problem of lining it up with the sprocket on the axle. Personally, I would say that it would be too much work.

Welcome! I think I may have read the same thing as Mud did. I remember reading that somebody did do a conversion, but it was all custom fabrication to get it done - took a ton of time. Can't remember if they had good results or not (sorry).
