Just came across the website today. Thought it a great tool for everyone interested in 4-wheeling. Great to be a part of the family.
Just finished rebuilding the top end of my 2000 400ex. Now a 416 with Stage-2 Hotcam and Stroker Exhaust.
Any ideas as far as jetting?
Thanks in advance.

I can jet a quad but I can't pull the jet sizes out of my arse... What exhaust pipe are you running. That company could get you started.

Jetting

I am running a Stroker Exhaust SX1. However, I have found that Stroker Exhaust is no longer in business. Looking around at different sites, it has been suggested from others that have about the same set up as I, run a 42 pilot, needle fourth notch from bottom, and a 160-165 main. Just wondering if anyone thinks otherwise.

If you got that info, that is a great place to start.

You're running at about 1300ft above sea level. Just remember on your main jet every 1000ft you go up you drop one main size. Once you get it dialed in, that will allow you to change one jet for different riding spots. By the individual jets, it's cheaper than a kit.
