I have a red 450 also , 2002 FM , have done a few mods , just put in a new crank , piston , bored jug , and a 14% reduction , got about 8 hours on the engine right now and loving it

Starting to pile up on a lot of NS members. Need to all get out and go for a tear one of these days. ON a side note, just got back from a 2 week vacation in Newfoundland. Now that place has some trails and wheelers. I think everyone and their mothers, dogs, and grandparents have some sort of ATV/SxS there.

There is always the big highland quest run in the cape Breton highlands every year, we get a lot of guys from the mainland and out of province that come down for it. It's the last week end of September/ first of October every year.

That sounds like a good time and CB would be a great place to catch some good views. Too bad it says "All riders will comply with OHV regulations.

NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION while the run is in progress."

I don't have plates or insurance and my helmet is so old it isn't DOT approved. And well alcohol consumption is a given, just like Sunday morning hockey.

Maybe I can just follow everyone well behind. Act as if im not part of the group and just out for a cruise. ahahhahaha

Thank you everyone. And you are right JohnnyLouder about Nl and everyone and their dog having a ATV. I worked over there and it is unreal!!!!!!
