I have a 2003 650 Rincon with some electrical problems. It has been running great since new with no problems and the other day while running it died. There is no power to anything. Checked fuses and all where fine, on the main fuse #1 I am not getting any voltage but I am getting voltage to main#2. I unplugged back between battery and fuse block and i am getting 12v. I unplugged between key and fuse block and i am getting 5v. Key switch seems to be working fine. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Welcome to the forums. You should have a red wire running from the positive of the battery to one of the 30 amp main fuses and the other wire (red/yellow) should be running from the positive of the battery straight to the other 30 amp main fuse. According to the wiring diagram, there's nothing in between the battery and the main fuses, but a connector. I would check that connector for a bad/loose connection. Also, check for a bad connection where the wires come off the positive battery post.

BTW, you should have 12 volts on both the wires at the keyswitch.
