Hello everybody, I just joined been looking around some good stuff here. Well new and already have questions.. Well I have a friend that redid his 400ex all the mods, he had a lot of stock parts laying around for a long time. So I have decided to put a bike together (with his help) I recently bought a frame from ebay to install all the parts..some i have to find some he has..long story short How do i go about regestering a frame in CA. from another state, the frame came with a clean tile. Do I build it first or reg. it first does any body have an Idea?:dry:

Welcome to the forums. I would say it would be just like you buying a car? if the titles look the same just have the guy who you got it from sign it and you sign it and have it notorized, I'm not too sure on that one.

There are so many people in Cali with Hybrid machines, I'm sure you just register the vin #.
