1987 trx 350 4x4 for some reason mike bike wants to stall out when i'm running down the road but if i down shift to neutral it will run fine put into gear and stalls, start her back up np put in gear stalls now this is an intermitten problem been doing it for a year now. ran her in the winter (northern MI) no problem ran her over memorial weekend np untill i was just about to leave same thing happening. sometimes i can wait a few minutes after it stalls and she'll ride away get 500ft and it is like it is not getting fuel tries to die if i down shift quickly to neutral it idles fine have any ideas??

Welcome to the forums. Might be a bad fuel pump. I would check and see if gas is flowing from the tank to the fuel pump good and also, if it has an inline filter, make sure it's not stopped up.

changed oil and filter changed fuelfilter pulled hose off the fuel pump going to carb it is pumping why would it stall by just putting it in gear

It might be getting enough fuel to idle, but when the engine is under load, it might not be getting enough. That's just a guess though.
