Never seen one, heard of one, or even thought of one. That would most likely be a custom build. I'm not even sure it would work because the shift spindle is at the rear of the motor and there wouldn't be any room in front of the rear fender for the heel shifter.

send a picture of it. always a way. it will be custom, if it can be done.. might be worth it though. on a 2001, manual shift i can shift down, but my foot will not shift up, you put your toe under the shifter, to shift up.. i had a stroke, an cant do that, so i reach down an pull the shifter by hand. fabracation by someone that knows what they are doing, works wonders.

I have to ask... Why would you want or need a heel-toe shifter?

The only reason I see is because some boots won't fit under the shifter. Easy fix is... Raise the shifter one spline.

HEEL TO TOE Gear Change Foot Pedal Shift Lever for Honda TRX 400 450 S ES Foreman it's not exact fit for your model, but just to show you some are available.
Hi, I have 2004 honda trx 400 and the heel-to-toe shift level is no longer engaging into the clutch mechanism and therefore not shifting gears. My model appears to have a different heel-to-toe lever in that instead of the clamp with nut at the bottom attachment point it has a post that is attached to the heel-to-toe shift level. The post goes into a 1 1/4" pipe (lack of proper words), 5/8" diameter. There are cogs on the post and my guess is the cogs on the post and cogs inside the pipe are warn.

Our first thought is can we just weld this post into the clutch pipe.

Any ideas, support would be greatly appreciated.
