One of my headlight bulb was dead so I changed it . but the new bulb just lighten a little bit like 5% of its power the and the other one is top notch 100% , I tried to use the left bulb on the other socket , it's more enlightened around 15% but not as the good one , wonder if it's an electrical problem or just a bad contact , anyone have a clue , or anyone who get the same trouble could help me , please ...

I would say that it's a bad socket. You may be able to take a Dremel with a small wire brush and get down on the inside of the socket and clean the contacts and the inside of the socket.

agreed, do a little cleaning. Maybe get some electrical spray that cleans the contacts.

I'm pretty sure that's the problem, I've seen it happen a lot.

Be careful when cleaning those contacts. That material that the contacts come up through will break easily.

I cleaned the whole thing and place the bulb so the spring is fully compressed and it works great .

Thanks for the clue and I will enjoy coming back from fishing around 9 with 2 big lights !!!
