One of my headlight bulb was dead so I changed it . but the new bulb just lighten a little bit like 5% of its power the and the other one is top notch 100% , I tried to use the left bulb on the other socket , it's more enlightened around 15% but not as the good one , wonder if it's an electrical problem or just a bad contact , anyone have a clue , or anyone who get the same trouble could help me , please ...

I would say that it's a bad socket. You may be able to take a Dremel with a small wire brush and get down on the inside of the socket and clean the contacts and the inside of the socket.

I'm pretty sure that's the problem, I've seen it happen a lot.

Be careful when cleaning those contacts. That material that the contacts come up through will break easily.
