I changed my OEM. Headlight on my trx and i replaced them with aftermarket ones they work my quad turned on good then I turned it off then it wouldn't turn on and my headlights wouldn't turn on so I tried pulling the cord from the engine to turn it on manually and it turned on but when I put my quad in gear the lights would dim and I would put it back to neutral and my headlights were flicker on and off when I push the throttle they would just dim out and keep on flickering also when I turn on the switch the neutral light won't come up and won't turn on is it the battery or a cable or a fuse help please.

It sounds like you've accidentally wired in a short circuit when you installed your aftermarket light? If I were you, I would remove all of those modifications made to the wiring harness. Put it back stock. Check the fuses for a blown fuse or an overheated fuse socket. Then try charging the battery back up, start the motor and check the charging voltage (DC volts at the battery terminals) using a multimeter. If everything works at that point you are lucky, but don't be alarmed if something has fried... the light switch, ignition switch, regulator/rectifier, wiring harness, stator etc, any one of those can be fried if short circuited. Study up where you might have made a mistake in your rewiring job and try again. Solder your new joints if you cut any wires open. Check your work as you go and professionally insulate & waterproof every connection you make. Good luck with it... and welcome to the forums!
