Have i done it in a pinch? Yes i have. Would i ever suggest someone to do it and expect it to last? No. We did it on my brothers kfx450r with a cometic gasket and it claims they are re-useable. We torqued it down and 2 studs were stretched real bad. On that motor 2 of the head studs are accessable from outside of the engine and we put 2 of his ARP studs he had in it on the trail so we could keep riding. It worked for the rest of the ride and we changed it with new when we got home.
Head gasket
Hi everybody. Just joined the form after highly recommended. One of my headbolts came lose an now blowing oil out. Was wandering could a person just re-torque it or have to do the whole thing over again.
