Is the unit still under warranty? If so, I would take it back to the dealer for a look/evaluation, but if not, I would begin with the simple things first: a) check the oil level per manual, and if off, correct it, then try it in a test drive and b) try adjusting the clutch, see manual or search here for details, but its simple

I have a 5 year warranty I’ve taken it back to the dealership once and they said it was just a clutch adjustment but it’s still doing the same thing . I guess I’ll have to give them a call again .

So you brought it back to them, they acknowledged its in need of adjustment, but didn't actually adjust it?

Do you have a different Honda dealer in the area you can bring it to?

you start working on it, could void the warranty. find a dealer that will take care of the problem.
