Hi, My 350 Rancher, about a 2002, has begun shifting difficultly. It's a foot shift and lots of time I need to push fairly hard to shift. Also, I noticed when I up shift the 4-wheeler kind of lunges a little instead of the smooth transition to the next gear. Can anyone offer some advice? Thanks,,,,,,,,Slim

There should be a nut with a screw slot in the cener or allen head I think?? and it will have increase and decrease stamped on the gearbox casing.
