Hey guys I know this is the Honda site but figured I'd run it by you guys. I recently got my kids the Recon and they love it so in the future I'll be looking for another atv. I came across a clean 06 Griz 350 SRA. Anyone have any experience with one of these? Ive only been around the 700 griz. I'm going to look at it Sunday. I'm more curious about the size, It will be for a teenager. Thanks

Yamaha, Yamaha!!! That’s foul language on here!

It’s a little off topic considering but I personally wouldn’t be put off one, they cost more than Honda to buy and maintain here in the U.K. but still a good machine.

Yeah, I think a lot of members have a few choice brands. I’ve recently done a small build on an Arctic Cat, I wouldn’t recommend one to anybody unless it was super cheap, which this one was! I don’t think you’ll go far wrong with your choice above though, good ATV’s.

Is it 2wd?

Work rigs I have 2010 and 2011 grizzly 350 2wd they are fast and reliable, also have a beat down 03 Kodiak 400 4x4 that sat for years in some warehouse parking lot. Mouse nest in the airbox. Vacuumed it out, primed the carb and vroom!

Really like the gear selector (auto) position and operation. Parts seem to be widely interchangeable with other models/years.
The 2wds are fast. I let our guys use them for training cuz most folks nowadays don’t get the shifting patterns.

ha, yeah I know its not a Honda but seems like a lot of guys on here have had quite a few different rides!
For the 350 SRA's they made them in both 2wd and 4wd. You may want to find out which it is. Very reliable and capable machine either way. And the CVT is very tunable to your liking for low $$ should you choose to go that route.

Yup it's a SRA 2wd 350. My older kid is gonna be a teenager soon so he'll outgrow the recon, but I don't want to move him to a full size yet, that's why this 350 is intriguing.
I think I replied to your new thread over on grizzlycentral.com too. Too similar to not be you?

I know but I have two kids so I'll be looking for another one soon anyway
Keep us posted on how that one works out. Hopefully it's in great condition.
