I have an 05 Rincon that has a grinding noise in the front end every time I turn in 4 wheel drive only.

Any suggestions on what may be the issue?

It sure sounds like the cv-shaft ! try jacking all 4 wheels off the ground and spin the tires while turning the wheels

Could be your front differential making the growling noise.

the clutch plates inside the differential can make that sound your describing. a small amount of limited slip additive can quiet it down.
