Nice ------------ I looked at a blue 300 for sale yesterday , not as pretty as that one but loaded up with mods , $1,500 , 1st gen , 318 engine build , 250 rear end , hub paddles both sides , rear brake delete , 27 Swamp Lites , snorkeled , sound system , 4x2 kick out , 54% reduction and comes with a second blue tank , powered coated side covers not installed yet , floor boards ----I should have taken a pic , I have to got back there during the week , I think it is going to sell fast

I am thinking about it Sam , it is factory blue with white racks , the thing I should be most happy about is the 318 , it is more a worry to me than anything , this bike sounds great , but I would bet it has been run hard , it just had a timing chain put into it , the timing chain before that lasted a couple of weekends , this sounds very familiar to me , I got a 300 sitting right now that eats timing chains

if I think about it in parts , : 54% $250 , 250 read end $250 , blue tank and plastics $250 , engine $500 ??? , tires and rims $400 : it is worth $1,500 --- I am getting nervous

Yeah the timing chain thing is a concern. As you say though, the parts alone are worth it, plus, you could sell me the blue fenders of you bought it as parts ;-) haha
Joking aside though, wonder if it was a Chinese or 'no name' chain?
