So I got a recon 250 2wd the bike calls for 9inch wheels but im think about putting 11inch/12inch rims and tires on it but if I do what will it do to my bike will it hurt it or no ?

Not sure ima think you have to try dem; the offsets might be cause them stick out not enough

You model comes with 22-23 inch rears tires right?

Other than off set issues it may raise the hearing slightly as 11”/12” wheels call for larger diameter tyres. Don’t go above 25” and you should be fine.
