My loved but abused Warn just died. I have a few buddies with Gorilla Winches and they seem to like them. My only concern is about this new Gorilla Winches brand switch to Promark Offroad. Does anyone know what the scoop is?

a friend of mine has one and has been through 3 contactors finally talked him into buying a warn contactor and no more problems.

i dunno much bout gorrilla but if it is swittching then something has to be up im goign with warn more than likely when i get 1 for mine.

No experience with Gorilla...mine's a Warn 2500 lb. My only complaint is that they did not furnish a fuse or breaker for installation between the contactor and winch or from the battery to the contactor...only for the control circuits.
