Getting 2004 350 Rancher running

Fuel stabilizer will not help you at this point. You'll need to remove and flush out your fuel tank and clean the petcock, flush fuel hoses, replace the fuel filter and disassemble the carb for a thorough cleaning in carb solvent or Lemon juice. Reassemble everything step-by-step and adjust exactly as the service manual recommends. You can find a service manual for your bike HERE.

Nope. Huge waste of money! You can clean the original carb and it will probably be as good as a new one for a fraction of the cost. If the fuel lines are bad from ethanol exposure, replace those.

There are a gazillion threads here outlining how to clean a carb... use the service manual as a guide to reassemble the carb and adjust it and you'll be fine. If you are uncomfortable with working on it there are shops in your area that can do it for you... If you decide to throw money at it, make sure you are buying OEM Honda replacement carb and parts ONLY. Everything else is useless china garbage.
