I am having trouble shifting from forward and reverse into neautral while engine is running any ideas. Only used es features

How old is your battery? The ES system is notorious (on here) for being very finicky once the voltage gets a little low. May start fine, but the voltage is not enough to reliably activate the shift solenoid.

Battery maybe 4 months old

Shifts fine from all gears just won’t go into neutral
