hey guys
I'm going on a poker run ,up in Jonescreek Washington which is stated to be about 35 to 40 miles long.
My question is, Do you think my stock 400ex,stock 250ex and my 360 prairie
(I know, it's not a Honda just thought some one would know) can go the distance with out having to bring extra gas. All bikes are great condition.
PS is any one from this area going to this run.

Last weekend I did a powerline trip with my 400ex. I rode it hard, we covered 60 miles on a tank of fuel.
If you are unshure strap a fuel can to the prairie.

I ride a 400ex. I have been on trail rides that have been as far as 25 miles. I made it through that with a little fuel left in the tank. I would have a back up fuel canister just in case.

Mine is stock with a few bolt on.

when in doubt..always be on the safe side..carry a 1 or 2 gallon gas can with fuel..i'd rather go out on a long trip..knowing i'll have back up gas..then run smack dab out in the middle of know where..and run out of gas..and you know what follows running out of gas..ALOT OF CUSS WORDS !..LMAO.

I would take the extra gas just to be on the safe side. Never know when you may spring a leak

Agreed ^^^^ you can get those flat fuel cells that strap to the rack and they hold up to 5 or 8 gallons.
