The right front wheel is frozen up and will not turn. I took tire off and looked on the back side of the hub. There was a grease fitting (I think) on the back of the hub. Do you think that may be the problem. If it is a grease fitting, I have never greased it.

Hope someone can help.

Sorry about forgetting to put the kind of ATV I have. It is a TRX250 2000 Honda Recon with less than 100 hours. It has always been enclosed inside a metal building. I know I have neglected maintenance on it because I used it so little.

Thanks for your help.

Yeah, it shouldn't have a grease fitting on the back of the hub, you're probably seeing the bleeder screw for the wheel cylinder.

yup..thats the brake bleeder valve...and like stated..your probelm lies with a frozen wheel bearing more than likely...if thats not it..your brake shoes have broken off..and got wedged in between the brake drum and brake shoe plates.
