The aluminum rims are thicker, therefore the ID of the wheel is smaller. There is a slight interference with the calliper for the disk brakes. I wouldn’t doubt you could shave some material off the calliper and make it work, but that’s not technically by the book lol
I don't know what atv you have ............... from personal experiences , I know a 1 inch wheel spacer works with aluminum rims and a SuperATV disc kit on a 1st , 2nd or 3rd TRX300 2wd or 4wd , or 1st or 2nd gen TRX450S or FM

Working on my 87 TRX350, and having an issue with the voltage at the fuel pump.
Backstory, have been having issues with intermittent issues with the fuel pump, right up to a no run situation, which I had no spark, as well as no fuel pump. Atv sat for a year or so as life got on the way...
So I just bought a 02 Honda 350 fourtrax that wouldn't start, just clicked the solenoid. I got a deal on it and the guy said he was riding it last week and it quit and wouldn't start. The pull start is off of it as part of the pull start is broken, where the rope wines around the coil spring...
