Chances are the unit went from a hot condition (stored indoors, nice and toasty or under significant use to heat up) and then you exposed it to cold, creating condensation. I would clean it out (flush with some thinner clean oil) and refill with correct hypoid 80-90 wt oil (it's in that range). I would also check the rear differential as well, because it likely looks the same...
Rear looks normal. I can’t figure out why it keeps pushing it out of the vent. It will push it out when it’s idling after it heats up before I start driving it
Could be water got in to it , from leaking seals ----- you could flush the front diff , fill it with oil and see what happens ----- or pull the diff , clean it out , reseal for sure , re-bearing if need be , or flush it out and pump it full of marine grease ( if you go into the water )
