Where do I start at on the front brakes the master cylinder hand brake is no good for the front brake should I just get a new master cylinder then go from there r get the whole rebuild kit for the front brakes

No you need to bleed the brakes first

I did that I filled the master cylinder up and nothing came out r moved

You may learn that you'll have to rebuild some brake parts while bleeding... but that is a good way to start. Adjust the brakes before bleeding, then attempt to bleed... then fix the parts that don't work or are leaking.
