I need a pair of fronts. eBay is full of $80/pr unbranded axles. Harder to find OEM ones.... and much more $$$.

Any recommendations? Anyone using the cheepos??:icon_ peace:

Model & year? There are lots of shaft manufacturers out there, I’ve no doubt eBay is full of Chinese knock off junk, take caution. Have you tried PSN for good used axles? SuperATV, HL, OEM??

I just installed a set of Chinese axles in a Kawasaki Bayou (I did not supply them). The inboard shafts were bigger than the factory ones- by a millimeter. I machined the tops of the splines (they were peaked on the aftermarket shafts, and flat on factory ones), and got them to slide in. Fortunately, the valleys of the splines were the same.
Go OEM, if you can afford it.

I’m running a front set of new EBay axles. Never had any issues with them. Quadrax or something name was. No complaints....

Thanks for the advice

I've had good luck with the new cheapo axles especially on sensibly sized tires. I really like the "Sixty" brand parts.
I went with a set of those "Sixity" brand axles. Fit right and performs great! I did notice a difference in how freely it rolls in neutral now. My old axles boots were torn and insides were clicking a little.

I installed a pair of '' sixty '' cv axles on this '03 trx450fm project I am rebuilding ( its not mine ), for the price, they seem to be a good fit ?, I would use oem for anything of mine though..even if they were high dollar, I just dont trust china stuff. and yes..they are made in china !.

I got mine from East Lake Axles for a cheap price. They are not OEM but work fine. Only thing I've noticed is a slow diff oil leak from the left axle. Could also be that I need to take my front differential apart as I've never touched it before. It might need maintenance and I'm blaming it on the axles :D

I installed a pair of Sixity half shafts on a Suzuki KingQuad 750 and they seemed to work fine. Didn't keep it all that long after so I can't speak to the longevity of them.
