i don't have any pic's of the front bumper i made for my '87 trx250..but i made it out of 1/8 inch square tubbing..of course..it helps if you have a wire welder like me ..lol..i've made front and rear racks out of the same stuff..turned out nice..if not better than factory !.

If you manage to get some pictures, I'd be really interested in seeing the racks and bumper. Not interested in spending $75 to put a front rack on mine...especially not when I have a mig and a plasma in my garage.

I bought a little winch today, so I'll be building something to replace the factory bumper. I don't see the winch fitting in there at all.

Heres the first part of the bumper I'm building. I plan to extend to protect the plastic a little better, but I ran out of shielding gas in the middle.

looks great !!..but..i do have a question..isn't your atv a trx350 ??....if so..why didn't you mount it back under the fender right behind the cooling fan shroud ?..thats where i put mine at..sat it right on top of the frame cross members..of course..i had to fab my own mounting plate..as warn doesn't offer a plate for my year and make..lol

Yeah, it's a 350. I was going to mount it back there, but my front bumper was trashed anyways. I might move it back later on, but it's easier to keep an eye on the cable when its out front like that.

i thought your bikes was....not sure how you haul that around..truck ?..if so..you may not have enough room to fit it in the bed..and close the tail gate !..lol..thats why i wondered why you didn't put it back under the fender on the frame like i did mine. oh well..as long as your happy..makes no difference. i just wanted a cleaner install on mine..and with the warn having the rope..i don't worry about watching it when it winds up...i do like the heavier bumper you made..look's really good...nice work !.
