Hello, I just purchased a 93' Fourtrax. I used to have one and stupidly sold it. So the first thing I did was find a Warn 424, since I really wanted one my first time around. So I'm having an issue when trying to install the drive shaft. The main housing for the 424, where the seperator is housed, ends up hitting the frame/pushing on it. The problem is i think the 424 is pushing too hard on the side, so its putting pressure on the shaft and in turn the transfer case and front differential. Has anyone else had this problem? Do I have something wrong? Is the extra torque going to break something? Is it going to wear out the seals? I appreciate any insight that anyone can provide. Thank you

Sounds like you have a shaft that's too long.. maybe it's actually not for your specific bike.. idk..
That said, where did you find the 424? I'd like to get my hands on one.
