I have a 2002 trx350 4trax, the front right wheel ( if you're sitting on it) keeps toeing out, i have adjusted the tie rod and realigned the tire, but after one ride it has toed out again and pulls severely to the right. What could be wrong with it?

Worn threads on the tie rod, worn threads in the tie rod ends...?

I assume you have lock nuts present on the tie rod in question?

Wheel bearing is good, yes?

ATV hasn't been rolled at any point? If none of the above I'd be assuming a bent frame.

The ATV has never been rolled.
There are no lock nuts/washers on the tie rod, but i have eyeballed them straight and ridden it, and it still pulls right.
Haven't checked the wheel bearing.

Possibly the handlebars are moving when you're adjusting the tie rods....I always use a couple ratchet straps to lock the handlebars in the straight forward position,,then adjust the tie rods. Put a ratchet strap from each hand grip to the rear rack and tighten them good.

No lock nuts on the tie rods..... That for one is DANGEROUS and also stands a high chance of being your issue.

If it's none of the previously mentioned you've missed something or its a bent frame.
