My new to me 1998 Foreman 450ES came with pretty bad tires. I have found a set of stock tires and rims in very good shape for $100. Only problem is they are off a Yamaha Grizzly. Does anyone know if the rims will fit on my Foreman or will the bolt pattern be different? At any rate the tires will work on my stock rims.

your welcome. unless we are busy ( and most times I am !..lol ) we try to answer as fast as members make a post, but during certain hours of the night ( when we are in bed ..lol )..your post my not get answered until later that day ?, or a mod ( like me ) is up late at night..lol.

I believe it is related, not sure who runs that forum ?, i'm sure some members that are in this forum also belong to that one. I stay right here,may as well..seeing how most folks here cover anything from lawn mowers to atcs to weed eaters..lol. ( but we try to stick to honda atvs ).

your very welcome. this is the best site on the net for honda atv help, great members, great help all around, we got some very talented members here, not much they don't know or do on Hondas , and in rl stuff !.

@bcsman I think the tires should fit. You just want to remount the tires on your OEM rims?

Tires are shown as height by width by wheel diameter. Download the manual from the link in my sig block and see tire section for details

Yes the tires are the right stock size as you listed so if the rims won't fit I will swap the tires on my stock Honda rims...

Well I picked up my tires and rims today after church. They are the standard sizes as outlined in previous posts and the rims are from a 2003 Yamaha Grizzly. Kinda did a quick measurement comparing the bolt patterns and seemed pretty close. So my grandsons and I jacked the front end up and removed one wheel and held the newer tire and rim up and it slid right on! Tightened down and checked for any obstructions and all seemed well. So we swapped out the other front, lowered down for a test drive. All seems well so we swapped the rears out also. I know there were a few posts saying they would not fit but maybe depends on the years and models of the Yamahas and Hondas. What do you think??

I picked up a set of Yamaha 450 grizzly rims today , when I read up above that the pattern was different , just to be sure , I walked outside and took the 450 hub off the table and tried it on the rim , they are the same pattern 4-110 and the offset of these rims are the same as a Honda straight axle

BCS', looking good ---------- it looks like those rear rims came off a IRS , do you have 2 inch spacers behind them ?
