just make sure you tell the owner, if the connecting rod is bad ?, he'll just waste money just by doing a top end, telling ya, it won't last long at all, and he will be right back to where he is now.I'm gonna see if it's in service limit. Remember it's not my bike. I'll give the owner the option on what he desires. I just put it together! I just prefer wisco personally
can mean it is out of round ?, bored crooked ?, connecting rod bad ?, wrist pin on piston is bad ?, any of these. makes no difference, cylinder has to be fixed, as well as connecting rod checked.Kinda hard to see but that's what I mean when the piston is crooked in the cylinder.

could have ?. never understood when people toss a top end at a motor, they think this will fix it ?, when what they should do ?..IS STOP BEING SO DAMN CHEAP AZZ, AND FIX IT RIGHT ! ( not you op..lol ), most ppl over look the connecting rod ?, and this is a big no no !!!. that was the very first thing I checked when I pulled the cylinder on my '05 trx500fm, I LAWAYS CHECK THE CONNECTING ROD FOR PLAY ?!.Kinda hard to see but that's what I mean when the piston is crooked in the cylinder.

Looks like it's been pretty hot, I'll bet the rod it toast...
