Hi crew,
New guy here with some 2002 foreman 400 rear diff issues. I stripped the axle and the crown gear splines are not in that good of shape ether. I know the 450 foreman runs the same diff as mine but here is the question!!! Will a 2001 honda rubicon 500 rear diff be the same as mine. On ebay the axle and crown show as if they are the same. I found a used complete rear diff off of a 01 rubicon 500 for 300$ it only has 1000 miles or so. It would be a lot cheaper and to my advantage if i could use it. So i just wanted to check and see if it would fit.

Welcome to the forums. I'm not sure about the Rubicon 500, but like you said, I know the 450 Foreman will work. Sorry I wasn't any help, but maybe someone else will know.
