A while ago, kyledpsey1 wrote a thread about adding a third headlight (Foreman) to a 2018 Rancher. I have a 2011 Rancher FPA and was wondering if it is possible to plug and play a Foreman third headlight on this model also. Appreciate any help!

Plug and play? No.

Little bit of work? Yes.

I had to cut the factory Foreman meter mount and tack weld it to the rancher to hold the meter covers in place, but otherwise, works good.

Thanks for all the info. Have looked it all over and the pic you have at the end of the thread looks great. Did you use the 2012-2013 pod or the 05-11 pod? I know it was a while ago, but any chance you still have a parts list? Really appreciate your help. I am a bit older and came into the computer generation kicking and screaming, but this information is great!! Appreciate any info you can share.

@Ngac2002 are you really just looking for a 3rd headlight, or do you also want the pod? cause if you don't need the pod features, there are multiple ways to mount whatever led light bars or small pods to the handlebars. the light bars give way more output than the stock Foreman pod anyway.

Thanks for the input, but yes I am looking for the pod. I like the look of the stock headlight pod.

I used a Rubicon lower pod cover and mounted a 12V accessory plug where the D1/D2/ESP knob normally goes.

I also put an H10 HID in the top headlight. It really does help with seeing at night, especially if you've been in mud and water since that usually splashes up on the lower lights.
