Foreman brakes stuck

I did a search about this so I wouldn't be asking something that's already been asked a hundred times but I couldn't really find anything. I have a 2000 Honda Foreman 450es and the front brakes stuck. The handle is in the unsqueezed position and barely moves when you squeeze it. It's full of brake fluid. Where would you guys reccomend I start?

the front brakes should be hydraulic, with a master cylinder at the grip. i got a 2000es. 2 slave cylinders in each front wheel. i got 1 slave in each wheel that is not froze up. moisture gets in those drums. i also have problems with the master cylinder, getting moisture problems, and have taken it apart many times just to get the black gunk out, that builds up.
i dont know why so much moisture gets in the drums, or the system, but it does. i very seldom, got below water. its a honda thing, that came when i got my bike. of course, a farmer only drove the atv to check on his cows,. 1,200 miles when i got it. i got 2 wheel cylinders froze, 1 on each front wheel, i got to rework the master cylinder, got the kit, bought 2 new wheel cylinders, that are cheaper than trying to rebuild, still oem. stopping the water that gets in there, wont be solved by honda. they dont care. its old. doubt they care about new. i hate to say, if we are dumb enough to buy it, they will be happy to sell it.
it works for china,, why not. i best quit, while i am some ahead. :smile
the wheel cylinders that are froze up, can be taken off an reworked. there is a thread or post here somewhere, i might be involved for my problems...
